Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using DailyAdventure (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

• DailyAdventure is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your use of the App.
• You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App or its services.

Premium Subscriptions

• Premium features require a paid subscription (monthly or yearly).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s App Store / Play Store account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

User Content

• Any photos or content you upload remain yours. By uploading, you grant DailyAdventure a limited license to store and display that content within the App for your personal use.
• You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others’ rights.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and technology within the App are owned by DailyAdventure or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that adventure suggestions will be available, accurate, or suited to your specific needs. Adventure activities carry inherent risks — always exercise personal judgment and safety.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyAdventure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any injuries or losses from participating in suggested adventures.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
